Andrew & Kayleen II  A Joyful Summer Wedding II  Central Pennsylvania

Moments after I returned home from Kayleen and Andrews wedding, I started sorting all the pictures that were taken throughout the day. I found myself smiling from ear to ear over and over again. Each picture was so full of joy and happiness that it was nearly impossible not to let the joy overflow from the image on my computer right into my heart. From my very first picture all the way through the many portraits leading up to the ceremony and beyond, it was easy to see how everyone in the bridal party (especially Drew and Kayleen) were thrilled that the wedding day had arrived and that two beautiful people that met on a missions trip several years before and had fallen in love were finally going to be married.

As we traveled the short distance from our portrait location in Ephrata, Pennsylvania to Kayleen’s home church in Manheim the excitement grew and grew. The church was filled with loved ones, the ceremony was beautiful and the service was God-honoring. It is always a blessing to see a young couple prayed over by both sets of parents at the end of the ceremony. After years of pouring time and love into their children they are sending them off to a new and beautiful life with God’s blessings behind and before them. Ah, so many sweet moments captured on this perfect August wedding day!

Andrew and Kayleen, it has been a joy and an honor meeting you, spending time getting to know you over the last several months and capturing and witnessing one of the happiest days of your lives. Wishing you both all the best and hoping you enjoy looking through your pictures just as much as I enjoyed taking them!
